Terms of Service

Our commitment to clarity extends to how we work with you.

1. Scope of Services

Native English provides English correction, localization, and related consulting services to businesses, trade organizations, and other professional entities. Each project is defined by a written agreement or confirmed email outlining the deliverables, timeline, and fees.

2. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all work will be performed to a professional standard of clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness for the agreed-upon target audience. If you believe any part of the deliverable does not meet this standard, you may request revisions within 10 business days of delivery. We will revise promptly and at no additional cost for issues within the agreed scope.

This guarantee covers the quality of the delivered text itself. It does not guarantee specific sales results, customer responses, or other business outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due as specified in the project agreement or invoice. For new clients, work may begin only after receipt of a deposit or full payment, as stated in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final deliverables, excluding any pre-existing tools, templates, or proprietary processes used to create them. Native English retains the right to reference non-confidential, non-identifying excerpts for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All project materials and related communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the performance of our services is limited to the total amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or sales, resulting from the use of our work.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussions before pursuing formal legal remedies.

9. Changes to These Terms

Native English may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date indicated.
